Twin Fountains Project Summary

Built in 2011, the site is 3.5 acres. The front retail building consists of 13 fully built rental suites. The rear office/warehouse building consists of 14 shell occupied suites. We developed this project with our in-house development team, that we’ve worked with on multiple other projects.
