Yvonne Scarlett Golden Cultural Center

Built in 2013, we performed turnkey Construction Management at-Risk services along with the full sitework development as G.C. We worked with a team of professional Designers to create the beautiful building design, honoring the late Mayor of Daytona Beach, Yvonne Scarlett-Golden. This highly modern and interactive Cultural and community center serves the community members among all ages and demographics. Features include: a central Amphitheater courtyard, gymnasium, numerous large sized activity rooms, and more. We worked with the Owner’s limited funding, creating a fast-tracked schedule and keeping strong support between both the Design and C.M. team.
