Downtown DeLand Streetscape

Completed in 1999, this is a one half mile long streetscape of Woodland Boulevard in the heart of DeLand. Complete reconstruction of 6 intersections, and sidewalks with colored stamped concrete, bulb outs, traffic signalizations & lighting, stormwater drainage control, landscape & irrigation. Most challenging was allowing full access to all businesses and maintaining partially open intersections.

We combated logistical challenges and completed this project well within the Client’s budget and timeline.
