Built in 2015, Phase 1 was the construction of a new boat ramp with boardwalks and floating docks; a one mile long asphalt road to enter the park; large parking lot; and restroom facilities. Built in 2019, Phase 2 was the construction of a larger parking lot and center island with floating dock in the boat ramp to help increase ramp usage among local residents.
