Port Orange Advanced Medical Center

Completed in 2018, this multi-phase project first consisted of the two-story post-tension slab Class-A office building with one interior medical suite build-out. It was followed with the remainder of the medical office build-outs as the building reached full capacity. We attained site development order and full permitting for the owner.
