Majestic Gardens Assisted Living Facility

Built in 2019-2020, Project financing took 2 years to secure but we worked with the owner to maintain the budgeted construction costs. We attained site development order and full permitting for the owner. Saboungi provided turn-key design & construction services for this project, starting from Building Design to Ribbon cutting. We are very proud to have this project in our portfolio.
