Built in 1999, the first phase was the construction of the building structure built in a heavily wooded area on 14” by 60’ wood piles, plus a 600-foot raised wooden trail. The second phase was the interior build out with interactive educational marine exhibits, large aquatic holding tanks, and science research apparatus. We attained site development order and full permitting for the owner.
