Daytona Helmets

Built in 2018, Saboungi Construction Inc. provided construction management-at risk services for Daytona Helmets’ new headquarters and warehouse facility. This 25,570 square foot building consisted of a pre-engineered metal structure, full-height concrete tilt up walls, a custom designed showroom, collaborative workspaces, and high-end interior finishes. Challenged by a tight construction schedule and unsuitable soil conditions of the existing site, we successfully finished construction within 8 months, allowing Daytona Helmets to transition to their new facility without any loss in production.
