Close-Out / Finish

The closeout phase of a project is one of the most difficult stages of a construction job. Bringing all the subcontractors back on site to do some final touches, and preparing all the corresponding closeout documents worries a lot of Contractors because many of them just can’t seem to get it right.

Our Involvement -

We have a tight managerial system where we can leverage our use of technology through Google Workspace and CRM software to organize and manage Subcontractors through this tough stage. We coordinate with OAC the punch-list that needs to get done, and coordinate necessary Owner training. We also help prepare the owner for grand openings and other celebratory events marking the completion of the project. All to end the long journey of a construction project with a bang!
